Replacement Signage at Essex Emergency Services

Signs are a powerful marketing tool for any business and Essex Emergency Services makes no exception. Aluminium panels on three sides of their North Weald warehouse span nearly 300ft wide all in. When powerful winds battered Essex at the start of the year, the fixings for some of these panels failed, causing huge 8x4ft panels to come away from the building. As the signs are visible from up to 1km away, it was key to ensure a swift repair/replacement to maintain the impressive image EES have.

We started this project with an initial site visit to investigate which panels would need replacing and ascertain heights and access for fitting them. The signs are fitted at a height of 10m, requiring specialist access and our IPAF/MEWP trained and certified staff. On the day of installation, we first used a cherry picker platform to remove the damaged panels and fixings. Building a new frame mounted to the warehouse provided a new sturdy and solid platform to mount the replacement panels on. This also helped with the adjoining panels, keeping them all firmly mounted to prevent a similar issue occuring again.

Exhibition Stand – Redline247 Autosport 2018 NEC, Birmingham

Autosport opens today at the NEC, one of the automotive world’s biggest events on the calendar, featuring race cars from all around the world and customisers to follow.

We were tasked by repeat client Redline247 to produce an exhibition stand solution in under 24 hours, opting for shell scheme graphics, designed, printed and fitted by us.

We printed these graphics onto PVC, cut to size to fit into the shell scheme panels. The result is a quick, cost effective solution which can be used or adapted over and over again.
